No credit card is required to start the trial and customers are not charged during the free trial period.
Following the free trial, if a customer subscribes to any of Formalls's paid services, they are ineligible to receive a refund. The free trial is provided to ensure customers try out all the services and decide whether to continue.
If the customer has subscribed to any Formalls plan, they are not eligible for a refund. They can cancel their subscription to ensure they are not charged the next month.
All Formalls services β including charges for a Formalls Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons, or any third-party integrations β are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by Formalls to provide these services. This includes the one-time setup cost.
If a customer experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Formalls's support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Formalls's discretion.
In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, customers should contact Formalls support immediately. If such claims are verified, Formalls will issue an appropriate refund.
No refund claims will be accepted if reported after 30 days of such incidents.
A customer may cancel their subscription at any time.
