WhatsApp Infrastructure means WhatsApp Enterprise deployment which helps communication between users and the Formalls platforms.
The Client confirms that upon sharing data on the WhatsApp infrastructure, all data shared about WhatsApp messaging will reside on Cloud APIs, a Meta Product. Data previously routed through WhatsApp infrastructure will be migrated to data centres in North America and the European Union.
Data localisation is not offered by the Company for any data shared or obtained in the process of providing WhatsApp messaging to the Client.
The Solution may access, collect, and analyse your location data through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi signals, and other technologies for the performance of services. Location data is collected anonymously except where personal identification is required. By using the Solution, you consent to collection, maintenance, processing, and use of your location data.
We place both permanent and temporary cookies on your device. Information collected by cookies is treated as non-personal information.
