Following the free trial, if a customer subscribes to any of Brillion1 D2C's paid plans (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise), they are ineligible to receive a refund. The FREE trial is provided to ensure that the customers try out all the services and decide whether to continue with the Brillion1 D2C platform. If the customer feels unsatisfied, they can cancel their FREE Trial anytime and they will not be charged. If the customer has subscribed to any Brillion1 D2C plan, they are not eligible for a refund. They can cancel their subscription to ensure they are not charged the next month.
All Brillion1 D2C services, such as the charges for a Brillion1 D2C Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), integration charges, Add-ons, or any third-party integrations (including Shopify, Zoho, Google Sheets, and payment gateways), are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by Brillion1 D2C to provide these services. This includes one-time setup costs.
If a customer experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by the Brillion1 D2C support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Brillion1 D2C's discretion.
In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, customers should contact Brillion1 D2C support immediately. If such claims are verified, Brillion1 D2C will issue an appropriate refund. No refund claims will be accepted if reported after 30 days of such incidents.
